TBH, until you know for sure that you have a stable and reliable operating system there is no point in recording or reporting problems. You don't yet know whether the problems are software or hardware related and the only way to find out is to do a completely clean reinstall from bootable media. That will give you a stable and reliable operating system, only then can you start testing and recording any problems which, if there are any, will most likely be hardware related and thus require an RMA.

I was having the same issue with CS:GO, whenever someone headshot me I'd get ZERO fps (frozen), and in some other occasions as well.

All I had to do to fix this issue was to change the game from my HDD to my SDD, so my question is: Is the game saved in your HDD or SDD?

-EDIT: I saw that you only have SDD, so this can NOT be the issue :(

@SpyderTracks @ubuysa I've done the reinstall last night. My internet provider decided to f*** with me and I didnt have a connection for most of it, and now i cannot find any setting anywhere for Wi-Fi. None. it's as if my laptop doesnt have a wi-fi card - but im sure this is a small problem that can easily be fixed.
The following is NOT a small problem:-
i've noticed the temperatures on both gpu and cpu are significantly hotter than before when gaming (i used to get approx 60 on gpu and 65-80 on cpu but now its 80 on gpu and 95 without a break on cpu), and when doing low-intensity stuff the CPU is hella hot (20 degress hotter than it used to be - idle/using chrome it used to be 45 now its 63), while the fans are making a terrible low-volume screeching noise.
when i open a game and the fans rramp up this sound goes away.

edit to be clear: this problem poppwed up before the reinstall and is still there now
further edit: the slowness and unresponsiveness is transient and i haven't noticed it yet, but that doesnt mean its solved. even before the reinstall it seemed okay, until the few occasions where it wasnt so appeared

Can you cable attach to your router? You need to run Windows Update repeatedly now to install all necessary drivers (inc the WiFi driver).

You can't be sure of anything until you know you have the right drivers installed.

yes i've plugged in an ethernet cable.
i think windows updated itself, the wifi setting is working now. nevertheless i'll run windows update to be sure.
what the ** is going on with thermals and fan noise though?

Visit the Clevo download site and download and install Control Center, it's a Clevo specific app that handles a lot of the hardware config. That may help with the fan?

You wouldn’t know if it was helping or not as it’s a system driver.
control center 3.0 is what i want to download... but okay gotcha.
btw temperatures are back to the normal 70ish on cpu and 60 on gpu, yesterdays temperatures were a one off.
what the hell is going on?

It’s normal, you have to fully configure the laptop before it will work normally.

TBH, this is basic windows administration which you will have to be doing fairly frequently on a custom laptop. You need to know about basic windows administration and driver management.

It’s what you’ve just done, what I mean is that with a custom PC, it’s not the same as buying an off the shelf dell or something, you need to know how to administer windows, drivers, registry edits, general management of windows. It’s not something I can tell you how to do it’s something you’re going to have to learn as you go with a lot of googling.

Check CPU usage in task manager. Like I say this is all stuff you’re going to have to learn to find out yourself.

when idle there's nothing running on task manager (in terms of programs). cpu usage:-
