Ok, I’m going to stop now, but that’s not the way to install drivers. The laptop isn’t configured, but you’re not able to follow basic troubleshooting to find the issue.
I think you’re going to struggle with a custom laptop.

how do i look for drivers, if i may ask? isnt GFE meant to give me the best one?

That’s not GFE, that’s a windows app.
I’m not going to continue because you’re not listening to the instructions and it’s far too much hard work to continue.

okay, got you. the windows app is the geforce experience app from nvidia as far as i can tell.
if its not what you meant by GFE please explain what you did mean, even if i'm not understanding your instrucitons on troubleshooting.

i dont know how to configure my laptop as you suggested so i didnt do that. i apologise if i didnt make that clear, but i've really not understood your instructions or didnt know what you mean when you gave them. i guess i can't really go far on my own, i'll trust PCS to find the prblem and solve it now

As I said, I’m going to leave it now as you haven’t been able to follow up until now despite the previous nudge to stop panicking. It’s just not something I can advise further on.

i dont suppose i'm panicking right now, i panicked when i saw the freezing in-game way back when this started but right now i'm chilling and trying to understand waht i should be doing.

further edit: i was panicking earlier. i just realised. but in the moment, right now, i dont think i am. i believe im confused
