Ive checked a guide and can confirm my ram is set up on XMP in bios - Also ive uninstalled armoury crate - Not we will see

Honestly don’t know if I should laugh or cry at this point.

Doing a FULL DDU as we speak and reinstalling drivers with AMD experience.

Well I genuinely think the card is bricked so I have made the painful option to buy another one 😭😭😭

Only bought it 3 months ago so yea assume it would be didnt know if it would be covered?

If it is happy to send it back

@SpyderTracks soo just wanted to give a little update.

I have the RMA order going through on this however.

I purchased a brand new unused 7900 XTX which arrived today - installed and reinstalled drivers after removing from DDU.

20 minutes into WOW

Im at a absolute loss.................

This rig shouldnt be doing this surely.

What the hell is going on...........

Still think it’s a software incompatibility, don’t think there’s anything wrong with the GPU personally. But I'm always like this with any hardware issue, I always refuse to accept it's hardware until everything has been tried.

Im getting confused with another post.

Can you open control panel, go to uninstall program, then change the view to list in top right and post a screenshot?

I personally think a clean install would be the quickest resolution but we may be able to see an obvious conflict

I’m doing a fresh install as we speak - wiping it all back to basics and then starting again

Ok, it's really important you do this by applying all optional updates once you're in windows, then post a screenshot of device manager.

DON'T install any software or 3rd party drivers yet, not even AMD, just make sure all windows updates and optional updates are applied and post a screenshot and we'll go from there

Just to check that you are doing the fresh install using the ISO from the Microsoft website? Rather than using Windows' reset function? Wanted to check as a lot of people think the reset function re-installs it when it doesn't. Just in case, here's the link the the ISO:

Ok so if using the above ISO link do I need a usb drive or anything as I don’t have one.

Or will this just download to my pc and work its magic

You need a USB drive (at least 8GB) for it as the ISO is installed onto the USB drive and then when you restart your system, it will read from the drive
