Firstly thank you for raising this issue with us as it is shocking to see a system arrive in this state.
I can confirm both 4GB sticks were present in the system during testing and QC checks but I will raise this with the relevant departments to try and avoid any further instances of this.

Hey Loadedlew,
If you have bought a Currys PC World system Vortex ST-S 2070 Super with the below specs then sadly its just a blue LED strip fitted not an RGB strip.
CPU:Intel® Core™ i7-9700 Processor
RAM: 16 GB / Storage: 2 TB HDD & 256 GB SSD
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super 8 GB
I've had an active subscription for a while. Picked it up for Outer Worlds and I'm playing the odd game that I cannot justify buying due to certain negative aspects.
E.g. Metro Exodus, Vampyr and some other indie games.
I am not sure if it defaults to Network stack first if enabled (I will check when I have time) but I know it will do the pattern the O.P has described if network stack is the first boot device. With the insyde bioses it will not count down an attempt and then auto go onto the next boot option.
As it happens I found a similar laptop in my dept so here are a few visual aids.
Tap F2 and it will come up with the below screen. Select Setup Utility (black box) (sorry should have moved the selector before taking the image)

Ram wise (although you've fitted it now) you don't...
We are still open as a business on the days below and I can confirm our production staff are in on these days (excl Saturday and evenings), however we do operate with less staff on the production side due to the festive period.

We are quite busy at the minute sadly . In general wait time depends on several factors.
- How busy we are.
- How young the order is.
And once we have it on the bench the delays can be caused by stock availability or replication time :).
Your system went was printed off for...
Just as an FYI there won't be a cable running from the H100x to the motherboard. The H100x's are not the same as the H100i and cannot be controlled by iCUE or Link.
It could be that the cooler is fitted to the AIO Cooler header rather than the CPU header on the board and that might be why the...
