Hey Tholan,
Sorry to hear about this, could you confirm was this through our webmail system or direct emails to enquiries@? If its enquiries@ then would it be possible to trouble you to forward the emails to me? I can PM you my direct email.
Hey Ryan_
As @steaky360 states there is a wide range of reasons that systems take varying lengths of time to build, test, dispatch.
e.g. liquid builds take the longest to build and test but might be one of the quickest to start the building process. Or the Laptop team could be ahead and...
Hello there,
Could I ask what you mean by "video graphics" as if you are gaming then that vastly changes the recommendations vs a standard word editing/streaming laptop.
Hello Mariongrace,
The main part of the spec is below, however to clarify the warranty terms and your options, I have written the options below the spec.

Hello Chris99,
First of all, I am sorry to see that the wifi antenna is disconnected on arrival. I know you have already raised this with our call centre but could I trouble you to send me the order number via PM so I can look into this personally?
Hey Neverlax,
Could you answer the below to help the forum guys assist you?
What games are you looking to play in general? What resolution monitor do you have and at what Hz?

[Header is for RGB LED Strips and supports 5050 RGB multi-color LED strips (12V/G/R/B), with a maximum power rating of 3A (12V) and no longer than 3m.]
It does not have an addressable RGB header.
I could be wrong but I don't think you can connect that to your PC. It looks like a separate kit, more for home rather than a PC.
Standard PC RGB cables look like this (ARGB addressable) or would have four holes for standard RBG...
The RAM looks to be faulty I am afraid.
I would recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care Team. If you feel comfortable changing RAM then they might be able to advance replace the RAM. If not then they will be able to advise you the steps to follow to get it back to us.
It looks like your system went into building this morning. Providing there are no issues in testing then it should be ready to ship by the end of the week.
It looks like that could be a RAM issue or another hardware conflict.
If you have a spare USB then I would recommend using memtest86 to check there is no memory faults.
