Have you got anything connected to the AIO e.g. external HDDs or USBs? If so try booting with only the AIO. Worth a shot to see if those devices are holding up post.

Hey Callum, I would recommend to check the physically detected memory in the BIOS by tapping DEL on start up, it should show you the amount fairly obviously if it auto boots to the easy bios mode. If its advanced mode with all the tabs then go to BIOS tab and it should show you on the right hand...

As Oussebon also said, I would strongly recommend against the control panel purchase. Especially as it might not even work on that laptop. I'd recommend to give the Customer Care Team a call when we are open.
As far as I am aware the soundblaster is now part of a driver suite that Windows now downloads automatically. I would make sure there are no windows updates waiting to be brought down.
