Laptop does not show any wifi networks

This one has baffled me. I have never got a laptop that doesn't show wifi networks. Am I missing something here because without wifi this is not really a useful machine :/

Nope, everything is fine. Even the network adaptors show up. I also tested by plugging in a wired connection and it works fine with that. Sadly though I do need the wireless because of my limited facilities

It’s possible the antenna aren’t connected properly inside the case. I would raise it with PCS at any rate. If you feel comfortable taking that case apart then usually it’s quite easy to locate the WiFi module. I’m not familiar with that chassis, so can’t guide unfortunately.

The BSOD Doctor
On some laptops there's a Fn key that turns WiFi on and off. Look for a key with an antenna symbol on it.

OMG I don't believe it was that. Why was that not connected?. It says that they test before sending the machines out. Thank you for suggesting it, works fine now cause yes it was not connected :sleep:

Well, that is naughty, not sure how that made it passed qc, but an easy fix! Glad it’s working!
