I have never found wind turbines that noisy as they only rotate at 15-20 rpm. Gas turbines (which is what I think you meant) are a different kettle of fish. They rotate at several thousand rpm and are what make the noise on most aircraft

Please be aware that the Ironwolf HDDs are designed for servers and are noisy, which seems at odds with the case you have chosen.
