If your referring to the 3700x as you mentioned small increase in price stick with the 5600x its a newer chip the 3700x is older generation

Also if you can hold out till nov 30th for the monitor amazon usally have some cracking deals on monitors black friday sale ! For gaming I would stick with the 5600x over the 3700x 5600x is newer chip 3700x is last generation

I just limited my frames to my monitor for new world and it dosent sound like my gpu is taking off anymore

This happend with my 5800x first 4 days 50 idle then went down to 32

Could you limit the frames per second to the same as your monitor max launch a game then listen for the sound also if you could record the sound and upload it to somthing like youtube can help us figure out the problem
