Really important one for me, apologies, gonna go full nerd on this one

This is the 30th Anniversary copy of Dark Side Of The Moon.

I have the 2016 remaster copy.

As far as I'm aware, this 30th Anniversary copy done in 2003 was the last vinyl copy that was a pure analogue cut, since then they've been digital, and it was actually mastered by Kevin Gray on Doug Sax's famous all-tube mastering and cutting setup, that's about the pinnacle of any modern record press you're going to get.

Most collectors put them in this order

UK First Blue Triangle A2 B2, but this easily goes for £2000 these days for anywhere near clean
Then the German 1st Pressing which used the same metalworks as the UK, about double the cost of this one
Then this copy

This one is missing the posters, but that doesn't bother me, it made the price too good to miss for what is an incredibly clean copy.

So this gives me really high end copies of both DSOTM and The Wall, I now need to find a great copy of Wish You Were Here

This is the infamous Blue Triangle, probably one of the most famous record labels ever done

Quite a significant one

Anjuna have just started a new label "Anjunadeep Explorations" which is showcasing their new discoveries.

This is their very first release on it with 6 tracks from new artists (to the label)

I've only heard of one of them which is Klur who released their first album in 2022 on the Colorize label which I've got a copy of.

This first sampler was limited to 300 copies and is a hand stamped white label.

We'll see how things progress. Anjuna now have 4 labels:

Anjunabeats - their original club centric music, it's not really garnering much great new stuff currently, they seem to be a bit stuck in doing remix after remix of older stuff rather than really putting out groundbreaking tunes like they used to. A lot of people are starting to fall out of love.

Anjunadeep - The deeper progressive and experimental trance side, this label is continuing to be strong, headed up by Jono, he really works so hard on this and it shows.

Reflections - Their meditation based label which started during the pandemic. They've only released a couple of albums on it, feels like it's kind of been left behind.

Now this one. I really hope this brings some new energy to Anjunabeats. As an overall label, Anjuna are so significant, they really brought trance into the modern era. There's rumours that the original founders, Above & Beyond (Jono Grant, Tony McGuiness and Paavo Siljamäki) may be heading towards splitting up which would be incredibly sad and a true end to an era. I just hope that the label survives past anything like that.

I've been so keen for this since it was announced when they introduced the Atlantic 75 series back in September last year.

This of course is the Atlantic 75 Analogue Productions 45rpm of INXS - Kick.

I adore this album, this is the title I've been holding out for and early reviews say it's incredible.

That's this evening sorted!

Edit: Just playing it through now, this is insanely good!

Classic uplifting track

I've got the limited edition blood splatter vinyl on pre-order from the US, they sold out massively quickly, was really lucky to get one.
I hold off listening to new albums until I get the vinyl through, just prefer to give it real attention when it's spinning on the deck, but give him his dues, he's knocked it out of the park with this record.

He's definitely got his issues, at times he can be quite hostile, but I can't takeaway what a lyrical genius he is.

And he's again teamed up with Skylar Grey on Temporary, that woman is musical genius, she is responsible for a lot of the mainstream chorus parts that have gone to number 1 including Love The Way You Lie, she's had such a difficult time with divorcing her abusive ex who she had to sell the rights to her songs to in order to settle her legal fees. It's so good to see such big recognition for her work now she's able to write under her own name again and recapture her genius. I love that woman.

But it's a PROPER album too, you have to hear it all the way through as it tells a story, that's how albums should be but seldom are.

I'm so excited for it!!!

Wow, got really lucky with this one! Wonderful seller from Southampton.

An original UK Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here complete with postcard.

I've played it through, this is quite frankly Mint, it's absolutely flawless, not sure it's ever been played. Absolutely stunning!

Completes my early Pink Floyd copies I wanted.

2 great new releases from Defected.

House Masters- Frankie Knuckles Volumes 1 and 2

Frankie was a godfather of modern house, he was one of the early starters back in Chicago in the 80s and really brought House into the mainstream. They were due to release these back in 2013, but Frankie became really unwell around that time and ended up passing away in 2014 at the age of 59, so this project was postponed. They did release these on CD and digital a while ago, but this is the first time on vinyl 10 years after Frankie's death.

Nice tribute to a godfather of modern dance music.

Awesome find by a great UK seller, this is an absolute classic track, not only was the price exceptional, but this is MINT, the cover is worn from storage long term (since 1997) but the record is unplayed!

LSG - Netherworld

The intro is pretty long, skip to 2:30 for the delicious goodness
