If you don't pay off the full balance within 12 months yes.

The finance deal allows you to pay fixed monthly instalments each month but will allow you to pay off the remaining finance within the first 12 months. If you choose to do that, you get the finance 'interest free' and only pay an admin fee.

If you can't / don't pay it off within the first 12 months then you must continue making the payments until the total is paid back (48 months total).

Yes, that would be the total amount payable if you pay it off over the 48 months.
If you pay it all off within 12 months you would only have to pay an admin fee rather than all the interest (715.50 interest in this case)

So can i pay each month the amount I want? e.g one month I pay 200 next i pay 500.

No, you pay a fixed arranged amount (looks like £38.55 ish from your pic) and you can pay off the remaining balance once you've saved it up. So if you wanted to pay more you just pay t he 38.55 and 'save' the rest.

It's not a stupid question. You will get all of the details of how to pay and when the latest you can pay in the finance agreement. When I paid my rig off I believe I did it online, but you can phone them up as well I believe.

I would consider doing it before the final month though personally, but the actual date should be communicated in the agreement (if its not you could ask Hitachi).

Something to bare in mind, the finance agreement will be with Hitachi Capital and PCS have no control whatsoever over it. Once you take it out, if you need to discuss it you would need to contact them directly.

I cant remember to be honest. I think its just like how you pay for anything else online, put in the card number and pay

I paid a direct debit every month to Hitatchi.

When I paid before the end of the first year, I did it via bank transfer and put my agreement number as the reference.

You'll be paying Hitatchi directly, through their website. You could just phone them up and pay too if you'd prefer. Or you could just pay the finance over the 48 months and not worry about that (but I'd say that was silly if you can afford to pay it early).

I mean I will pay deposit + the 38 pounds monthly = 506, I sell my current PC for 600, and then a bit more money and that means I have it all payed.

Basically one with better airflow - the graphics card you have chosen is going to get quite warm so better airflow will make it happier, basically I'd be looking at a £70+ (non-silent) case for that set-up.
