Thanks Nick :)
Am i right in reading that the Wi-fi card doesn't work in those PCIE slots as well as the GPU's?
To me that could mean an issue with the motherboard with the first 2 PCIE slots so it might be worth contacting PCS directly about if still in warranty. However there is every chance...
Is this a PCS build? can you copy and paste your full specs from your order page so we know what we are dealing with.
Unfortunately if it is a self build or elsewhere than PCS we won't be able to advise i'm afraid. Somewhere like Tom's hardware will be your best bet :)
To be fair Wi-fi is one of those things that people will only ever post about if they have issues so majority of people probably have no issues at all.
The main issue is that card only supports 2.4ghz, with more and more devices using wifi that channel can slow right up. The Intel card supports...
Could be worth it. If they find out its a faulty card it might be worth seeing if you can upgrade to the Intel AX200 card instead. It's only £11 more and gives you better performance as well :)
FYI PCS staff don’t post here often so you will need to contact them directly if you want to hear from them directly.
In meantime if you post your specs from the order page and give us some more information about the issues we can help troubleshoot for you :)
first thing I would check is that...
I’m sure someone on here will be willing to talk you through changing the battery if you chose to have them send you the battery and save you the return fee.
Looks fantastic @JUNI0R
There might be one already, but recommend getting a stand or a board to put the PC on. Can't have that lovely system sucking up dust from the carpet :)
that’s common practice. One of the benefits of PCS Custom hardware is that they have an open case policy and can switch out parts rather than the whole thing. Most cases will save plenty of time in getting the Pc or laptop up and running again.
As others have said it sounds like you went with...
It will struggle to run pretty much any new title. You need to spend at least £900-£1000 to get acceptable gaming performance in 1080p at present.
unfortunately prices are high at the moment.
You should have guessed that G5 would be the shout with Martin about :ROFLMAO:
I have the 2 of the LG screens and they are fantastic. If you want to spend the money its well worth it :)
You system is way above the min specs for watch dogs so you shouldn't have an issue.
Have you tried playing any other games? Is it still the same issue?
What monitor will you be using with it? And is it just gaming you will be using it for?
Can you also include the config link found at the bottom of the spec's page you copied from so we can make adjustments :)
