Hey that doesn't look like the 6003B, that looks more like the Spectrum, although I cannot be sure without more pictures.
If it is a spectrum, to remove the PSU you would need to unscrew it and slide it through the other case side as the shroud is open on that side.

With nVENC encoding on RTX cards you don't necessarily need 2 PCs if your budget cannot stretch to it. nVENC utilises the RTX cards encoding overhead so doesn't effect your GPU frame rate. this is a good video from a popular streaming assistance channel.
