It could be a failing SSD, from having no room to run its usual self-optimising processes.
You could try booting into safe mode to see if the issues persist, just to rule out a flaky Windows.
That means it’s full then, as performance degrades past 50% usage.
That motherboard should allow for a very fast gen 3 m.2 SSD to replace that relatively slow SATA SSD.
The max GPU dimensions for the case can usually be found in the case specs on the PCS website or on the Corsair website.

However, now is not a great time to be buying a GPU because the next...
Yes that’s it…I was fending off a hoard of albino sasquatch as I flew through the air after launching myself at 50mph over a carefully disguised hump in the previously smooth downhill run I was on.
You could follow the guide below to run/collect and upload the reports suggested here

It’s all Unreal Engine 7, on an RTX9090 with 128GB VRAM…getting a good 1fps too 😁
Although, Billy Big Boots here tweaked his shoulder after a tumble yesterday - will take the day off to see if it gets better (top of arm and shoulder are both swollen & bruised, but could just be muscular)...
I probably wouldn't even notice a couple of FPS drop, but I didn’t rely on GFEx ‘optimised settings’ anyway as they tended to recommend stuff that added nothing to the visual quality (to my rheumy eyes) but degraded the smoothness just to showcase ’new features’.
But he forgot to test it with 4...
It’s Lake Louise in Canada…45 minutes ago.
Not as much snow as normal, so only about 90% open, but it’s relatively quiet and they’ve concentrated on getting the groomed runs in order for the holiday influx.

You just upload it to your cloud service of choice and share the public link here…and our BSOD hobbit Doctor @ubuysa will probably take a look when he has a chance.
if you’d like someone to diagnose the cause, you should follow the steps in the below post…

Part of the issue is picking the low-level 650W CX PSU. I’d be going for the 1200RMx Shift for this level of build.
The 5600MHz & 6000MHz RGB RAM is out of stock but the 6000MHz non-RGB stuff isn’t.
Finally, the USB3 notice is just to make sure you check the motherboard has 2 USB3 headers...
