You should switch to 2x16GB RAM so that you can upgrade to 64GB in the future. Also you might consider the Crosshair over the Strix MOBA given the power of the 3090. Apart from that it looks like hell of a machine.

Switching to the 3090 will accelerate your order (take it to the mean 20-30 days build time), so long as you're not on a pre-order CPU as well (like the new AMD 5900s).
