Bad News (n)
There's nowhere to buy replacement parts for a Mirra 2 (lots for the Aeron), nor any official repair manuals

Good News (y)
HM are sending an engineer to fit a new seat pan!
You know what will happen. He'll get there, look at it and say "ahhh, it's the model IV....we don't have seat pans for those..."

Mine has a mesh seat and it's on a tiled floor. Easy to clean up you see.
Mine is mesh also, so it will strain the solids from the 'less solids'...but that just means it will stain the white undercarriage instead.

With the mesh off, it was amazing how much 'bum fluff' (i.e. small fibres from jeans) had collected around areas that are impossible to get to for dusting.

I got called out on a work call the other day as I was wearing my introvert t shirt, they said ”it’s a bit of an oxymoron that you’re shouting about how shy you are” 😁

doesnt bother me, i dont like people and im happy about it, :ROFLMAO:

i love you though spydi and the other forum members

homers shyness is trauma based so anyone who is critical doesn't always know someones full circumstances ♥️

I feel very much the same on all counts really.

I’ve lost the ability to pretend anymore that I’m a social butterfly, just have no need to keep up that pretence. Quite happy being a loner.

One day in the not too distant future I will have my Spyder Pup in a new web and my picture will be complete

I've got the perfect job for an introvert.
Go to A, collect this load, take it to B.
Distance from A to B is 2,000 km. At a maximum speed of 90 kmh, that takes 2+ days.
2 days, on my own, in a truck cab, driving, sleeping, not at the same time hopefully.
When I get to A, and B, I report in, am told to reverse onto loading ramp (pick a number) and wait in my cab.
They load or unload me, then give me my paperwork already signed.
The conversation goes, "here you are driver, you're ready to go, have a safe journey, bye", I say, "thanks very much, have a nice day, bye", and go. I text my boss that I'm ready to go, he texts back with my next destination, load reference and it's destination, ie new A, new B, and do it all again :)

When you get a break how long do you get off?
