That's a definite hardware failure. You could try removing and reseating that but it might be wiser to go for a clean reinstall IMO.
If it was an Aeron, then there‘s online guides to do it…but nothing for the mesh only on the Mirra 2.

It’s supposedly 12 year warranty (bought direct from HM), so will see what they offer.
