your 6870 is out of stock and this is most likely what is causing the hold up i recommend switching this to either the 550Ti or 560 which are both in stock

also on your system i recommend silver warranty as well as the next case up because a 560/6870 will produce quite a bit of heat

hope this helped

I understood the heat problem, but i never use the side of the case.
Also on phone i cant call them now, its too late. Second, iam not sure how to change vga since they are not the same price, and ihave already payed...

You'd change your GPU, then i believe you'd just pay with a card the difference :)

If you can get to a PC, you can just go onto your account page and amend your order :)

you can do it via the website

login and then go to orders, it should say amend or change or something, then you change the card and it will say amount due or amount owed, then you fill in your details and it will get sorted, sorry for brief instructions, im tired :/ but want to get this sorted for you

We will see that. But if they start the whole procedure from start again now, iam gonna hang myself to the first tree i see.

They will not start you at the beginning again of the queue just for changing something, however, obviously if you change to something that isn't in stock then there will be a delay waiting for bits

I only changed my vga to geforce 650.£2 more payed.
By the way i wasnt familiar with nvidia cards since they are for games.
But by the reviews it seems the gef 650 is weaker than the hd8670.
I hope the difference is not too big.

i suggested the 560 because it was most similar to your current card, you shouldnt have a problem with it

Well thanks for that. I settled down about the geforce card now. But iam still very nervous. Iam browsing the net and the newspapers for a new job. And i found some very promising ones but still no change. Its just nerv wrecking to sit and watch the walls and think.
I could go to some interviews but they were asking for CVs to bring with me. Maybe i should go and make a new primitive one in a netcoffee...
Yeah i know iam just raging here but noone else to talk to, and nothing else to do...
I can imagine myself after a few more days screaming and runing around in the yard lol!

Just as a thought, couldn't you get a friend to print off your CV for you, that's what I did last time I was job hunting, I've never owned a printer :)

Printing wouldn't be a problem. :p the problem is i have to create anew one, or put my old hdd into a pc. And since iam alone (no friends, no gf) i was 90% of my time working in the last 3 years, i don't really have anything to do. :p (since my professional cv is on my hdd. :p in the dead pc. :D)
But i just got a 4 hours (security) job for today as part time. In the evening. :p nothing to do until then. :D

If you've ever emailed it or put it up on job hunting websites (monster etc) you may be able to download it from there.

Now that's an amazing idea. Let's check.;)

Yay i called my old job, to e-mail me my cv. I got it. Now off to a netcafe, to modify dates, add previous job, and print.
Bye until then.

Now i did everything i could for today. I went to the support chat and spoken with someone.
I dont really know if they trolled me, or it was serious but they suggested to buy fasttrack for £60 after 10 days of waiting already.
Kinda cant tell if it was a joke or not, since he told me it can be even 24 days until i get it... jeez...

yes it can take up to 30 days if the parts are out of stock for a long while

have a look now on your account, it may have gone into building today because of my change

Nah... still pre-build... and they told me on chat, even the radeon is not out of stock. But the change was made anyway.

It seems a bit random to be honest. I don't have any parts out of stock, and mine is in pre-production. Yet a guy ordered his 0 working days before mine and has had his a few days already.
