Also surely the hybrid drive would be better since its a combo of ssd and hdd? That i dont understand.

The caviar black is a very reliable and fast HDD and for the money it seems unrivalled. I would go for it over a hybrid any day. To much hassle involved with the hybrid drives in my opinion.

Now seeing your specs and running over them, I think i might use yours and tweak it a bit like the cooling and power supply. Also on yours is the processor and motherboard more powerful than the ones i originally choose?

(Is the processor better and really good and is the motherboard better for the price increase over my original one)

On the "build a Intel system" Thing the first graphics card spot contains the option integrated graphics processor, But the same slot on Amd based systems doesn't have it? Can someone please explain this? Is it a Intel only feature? And is it necessary?

It changes depending on whether or not the CPU has integrated graphics built in. It's not necessary if you intend to use your GPU as your main video output.

Will i want to do that? Is it good to use my gpu as my main output?
The dedicated GPU will be the one you will be using, it is more powerfiul than the integrated one, on desktops when there is a dedicated GPU the integrated graphics is generally disabled.
If you are having a dedicated GPU it doesnt matter whether you have integrated graphics or not as it wont be used.

Well you can google overclocking :) increasing the clock speed of the cpu, you need a better cpu cooler. For SLI you would need a more expensive motherboard and PSU. Considering your budget it is really not an option to do those. Also overclocking the cpu will not bring a noticeable improvement for the majority of games

Ok thanks, I thinks my brain has ran out of questions. Is there anything else that could help me? Otherwise i think i will go with a slightly tweaked version of the rig you posted. (Better cooler and power supply)

Could you add a notebook gpu to the desktop pc?
No you can't do that. I don't really see you would want to either :)
