Interesting. The AMD Crash Detection System must have appeared in the dumps because it was failing to recover a faulty graphics card then? That's worth knowing for the future. (y)

I still think it’s a typical adrenalin crash, caused by software incompatibility.

The OP had swapped the card for a new one and issue was the same.

There were no driver timeouts after clean install under stress, it only reappeared after OP had reinstalled things like OBS and who knows what else. One of them I’m betting was causing a conflict.

This is a standard part of owning an AMD card, the drivers are buggy and there are a raft of known programs that conflict and cause driver timeouts

Yea its a strange once.

Such a shame as for the price it was a great card when it ran.

This has deffo put me off buying any AMD cards in the future sadly.
