Their both making more profit, I've insinuated Nvidia and their counter parts have chosen to manufacture more of the premium card and PCS have evidently been able to acquire more. This is mere speculation or "conspiracy".

mad ironic though... PCS procurement department have been very successful in attaining stock of the 3090 GPU, thereby successfully persuading its customers to exchange their GPU's for more profit? To the degree that all 3090 orders are gone and their is surplus stock to have the GPU removed...

the 3080ti will nearly always have to rival the 6900xt on cost otherwise people would just choose that chip instead. my guess is it'll be £950-£1050

im not upgrading to the 3090 because it's evident this is just customer manipulation from Nvidia, purposefully pulling in more stock for the 3090 knowing fine well alot of people will be tired of waiting and just switch....seems to be working. i'd rather keep the extra cash!

based on your queue you're best off keeping this order going and switching to the 3080ti when it's released. you'll be way into march unless chips start flying in...

i think when you posted that you were 199th in the queue this was for your CPU not your GPU. i've been told changing PSU won't affect my order.

Apparently im 855th in a queue of 1361 people!! - ordered 05.11.20. i recently was requested to change my PSU due to stock shortages so i swapped the 850w to 1000w... will this have changed my position in the queue??? as if it has i will be extremely annoyed as this was done purely to speed up...

Thanks Scott, I've redone the config in the desktop config so it's no longer overclocked. yeah i think i'll spec the 3080 for now then and just wait in the queue.
