Mine has gone into building at 109 days!!!

tiring. very tiring. im aware of 3 of us past 100 days atm. this doesnt account for anyone not signed up on the forums.. so for all we know on the next reload of cards we might not even get our machines. just wish i could have some, even a tiny bit of communication on it :(

nope was just told in a recent e-mail to just wait. most infuriating part but what can we do? there's a global shortage on these components. 104 days..

Felt positive last week.. but somehow feel like ill be hitting 100 days prior to hitting build status. 97 days today.

i'm exactly the same scenario as you. im 5900x and 3080 strix. i was told via webchat im within the top 5 on the strix order queue so you've either been allocated or they are building your machine in expectation for a delivery to fulfill the order! :D

i believe seeing a user's post in the 3080 forum a batch of 5800x's are due in on the 19th. this still may not allow your order to be fulfillled through, it entirely depends on your position in the queue. speak to PCS though if you're getting impatient :)

i have read on here about ensuring you let it climatise to the environment before turning it on.

if you have the funds, you will probably have a lower wait too as i don't think they are in as high of a demand.

the brown box likely contains your internal component empty packaging, boxes and a guidance/information pack for your system with any cables etc you need.
