Do not take this post as me whining as i have absolutely taken it on the chin and will be waiting for my order to arrive. (65 days Pre-Prod)
It is very very good to see orders are still being processed on 3080's as this board has gone quiet the last several weeks.
The rest of this post is...
now i've been waiting since placing this order i'm looking at the queue times and thinking... i have the money to buy a 3090... would this build bottleneck anywhere?
i'm not knowledgeable on the inner workings of components.
i ofcourse won't add the 3090 without asking where i am in the queue...
last i heard and saw on here builds were being built between 65-75 days so you should be expecting it being built anytime now...
this does of course depend on stock.
makes me feel better then knowing they've either received 3080's or have some in stock to fulfil orders. i'm a solid 3-4 weeks behind you in terms of working days in pre-production, so its looking better for me at the moment.
i'm holding on for the 5900x and the 3080 and will just wait for this build, i assume as i ordered 5900x on release literally 5minutes after it was released that i should be at the top of this queue now, its just the 3080 queue.
i have an old PC at the moment which performs for the games im...
i do believe this happens in terms of a case, psu etc... not too sure about CPU and GPU though. i'd assume you're around 55 working days which isn't far off myself, i'm not going to be expecting any communication until im around 65-70 working days as that's when most builds are being completed...
After removing my "customer" head and replacing it with what once was my "customer service" head.
I can admittedly say that I was and have been completely wrong with how i have approached the situation with waiting for my PC build to come to fruition.
what i am failing very hard at...
here's an on topic question.. and don't read it as me being tight, im just genuinely curious.
if i ordered a pc on the 01.11.20 and my pc doesn't get built until the 01.02.2021 if any parts in the original order are cheaper on the 01.02.2021 am i advised or entitled to a credit or is this not...
wait it out, that's what i am doing.
I debated this with myself yesterday, changing to a competitor won't help. theres not much of a chance they'll get stock and fulfil orders quicker than PCS, i was recommended to use PCS based on their quality of product and testing services etc. so that is...
I don't understand the hostility i'm facing for stating the obvious?!!?
hundreds of people have posted in this thread alone at the sheer lack of communication they've had which has ultimately forced their hand in either changing components or orders to attempt to get their machines quicker...
