Use Nvidia Control Panel to fix this. Right click on Desktop n go to Nvidia Control Panel. There you should be able to fix that.

3200mhz ram Is a must. Better PSU from the RMx series also a must. What's the budget & monitor you will game on. Could switch to an AMD system to save some money & get a 2080 instead.

For 40*% Usage high 80's is pretty bad. I'd understand 70% usage or 80% but not 40*% Id definitely check with PCS don't settle for less when you paid a lot.

I can tell you one thing for sure. You will need 16GB RAM +++ for video editing. Also people seem to always try to save on the PSU which is such an important component. Go for RMx PSU, not a huge £ difference.

It is a laptop so it will run hotter than a PC tower with a ton of airflow and fans, something you'll need to accept. The 2nd screenshot with CPU usage of 39% and temps in high 80's is still a bit worrying in my opinion. Could potentially cause some serious thermal throttling if usage goes...

I think some said to stay away from the MP600 memory from what I remember. The rest looks pretty good. Don't cheap out on the PSU get the RMx series.

I would really advise to upgrade the PSU to the RMx series. Do you really require Windows 10 Pro? It's like 30£ difference.

I'm not big on cloud storage, got trust issues 😂 I will probably just transfer the most important files to a USB or probable HDD and take one of my caviar black hdds out to my new PC and that should be enough. Then re-download everything else I need.
