2080 Ti is a bit of a waste of money in my opinion. Very overpriced for the performance you gain comparing to e.g 2080 Super. Get a 2080 Super for 600£ less and put that elsewhere & Upgrade to next gen GPU's when they come out instead.

PSU's work most efficiently on 50-60% usage. So a higher Wattage PSU Isn't a bad idea at all & as mentioned above leaves room for upgrades if needed.

Intel for Gaming if you have a big budget. AMD for Gaming if you are on a limited budget. AMD for everything else atm.

He mentioned above he will be doing video editing so 32gb ram is justified. If he has a high budget and doesn't care about saving, it's a solid rig and very much future proof.
