I'm based in Denmark, and the Danish number I've been on hold for hours several days, starting monday last week. I tried calling the UK number too and it says the phone number doesnt exist, and I have international data and calls on my phone.

The phone number doesn't work for me either. Anyone knows when this will be resolved? I can't seem to get in on the chat either, and the email correnspondance I have with PCS is to no help at all.

Oh wow. What a bad experience. It said it was in testing before I got it, so that really puzzles me that they didnt find that out 😭

It was in MsHybrid so I changed it to dGPU. @SpyderTracks I did do it in Sade mode yes, no luck. After booting and chosing dGPU my laptop work but there are these weird pixely colored stripes all over the screen. Now what? 😬

Sadly that was not the solution either. I tried everything as you said. Went offline, forgot the network just to be sure, had the drivers and ddu ready. Control panel still does not work :(

I did now, and it still doesn't work. Hasn't worked even once the whole day, and I reinstalled many times before the windows reinstall too. Did they make a mistake during testing of my laptop? Do I need to return it? I've tried everything you guys have told me and it still doesn't work...

I know the normal behaviour with it, however it never appeared to me on this laptop when right clicking. Not this time either. And now I obviously uninstalled it because it didnt work, so now I dont know where to install it from again.

I think it was installed through Microsoft store. I dont know where else to install the control panel from, but I just uninstalled it.

Yes I think it installed. I installed it at least through their website and it is okay in the device manager. Still cant get nvidia control panel to work.

The problem is, that whenever I open nvidia control panel, nothing happens. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled several times.

I tried testing opening Apex Legends, however I only get 10FPS in the lobby. Not sure what to do now.

I tried userbenchmarks and it only detects my intel gpu when running it, so I get a pretty abysmal score.

@SpyderTracks @barlew Ive downloaded the nvidia drivers as instructed, I get no errors, but still only see the one intel gpu display in dxdiag.

And when I install the latest game ready driver from nvidias website, do I say yes to getting geforce experience with the download too? :)

Should I download the nvidiaGA_10 from PCS before or after?

Nothing has the yellow exclamation mark atm and when I check properties for the rtx 2070 super it says the device is working. However it still says error 43 in dxdiag and only the one screen.
