I found that the issue was. I checked everything by going through the motherboard manual and the cable for the power button was not fully connected to the motherboard! Once I pushed it in to the slot, computer booted us all fine. Thankfully it's not the PSU. Merry Christmas!

I disconnected the PSU and tried the paperclip test. The PSU fan spins. When it's inside the PC and switched on at the back, the fan doesn't spin. RGB light on motherboard is on,power button does nothing. Surely if it was the PSU when doing the paperclip test nothing would of happend? So...

Last few days ive had to wait several hours then it turns on. Today it hasn't turned on at all today... Tried different power cable, unplugged all usb devices. Still nothing. The RGB on my motherboard still comes on. Just doesn't start up,no fans run either.

Yeah, if I had spare RAM I could of tested it. They probably replaced my CPU because it's died because of the amount times my PC has restarted😂

Yeah, ill give them a call now. Thanks everyone for all the help. Its been a long run of issues haha but finally an answer possibly. I first raised this issue with them a month after I got the machine last year so hopefully i can still get some kind of warranty on the parts.
