Oh that sucks.@Nursemorph i might need some of that music to keep my moral up lol.
Just got off the phone to PCS and they offered i could just send the RAM back but i opted to send the whole machine back.
Want it finally looked at, the PCS warranty cannot be used even thought i raised it with them a few weeks after i got the machine because it was fine in some stages (This was obvs when i wasnt using the PC much).
So parts will get replaced under manufacturers warranty, hoping I wont have to pay out.
RMA process will hopefully take 3-4 week :/
Didn't you ask them to swap the RAM some time ago? I know I suggested it - I still think that's where the problem lies. You're wise to send the whole thing back though, just for peace of mind.
