Hi folks, The Wlan Autoconfig service is running and I had tried that driver already without any success

switched off Hotspot, switched on Wifi , few blue spins and then when I click on show available networks , Wifi shows as switched off again

Hi Yes its the W322E and no wifi networks listed. Computer show that the Wifi is off but it will not let me switch it on I really appreciate everyone's help

I'm definitely no Hardware expert :) but as the card is a Tenda I would have expected this to be the named device listed and when I try installed the Tenda Windows driver , it cannot find the Device Please see back of computer

there is a Realtek Wireless Lan one showing with no triangles, is this the Tenda one ? With no Triangles does this mean its working ?

Hi Martin, yes it was all preinstalled with antenna . I have just downloaded the Tenda driver from PCSpecialist and when installing it , it says No wireless adapter device , I suspect the card id faulty :( Thanks Elaine
