Go back into Device Manager, right-click on the Realtek Wireless Adapter and click on Properties. In the window that opens click the Advanced tab and uncheck the box that says 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power'. Does that help?Did this and reading through the Troubleshooting report detailed cause Radio is off (HW Switch )

When I have been installing Tenda driver it has never giving me option to install driver plus Application software as on install it says no wireless adapter device
I would suggest uninstalling the Tena driver, then uninstall the wireless driver from device manager if there's anything remaining.I have not connected it to a router but I have downloaded the Tena driver from its website and also the driver from my Pc build on my PCSpecialist account.
The tena driver installs successfully but doesn't work and the one I got from PCSpecialist account when I install it says says No Wireless Adapter Device.
I cannot run Windows Updates .... no network connection
Any yes I am doing uninstall from Device Manager
Before installing a driver that is not designed for this PC I would take it back to Currys/PCWorld and get them to make the WiFi work. Installing drivers designed for the PC is one thing, installing drivers for other platforms might be construed as negligence...?Several people, who also have the Tenda W322e wifi card and couldn't enable WiFi either, managed to resolve the issue by downloading the drivers for a Lenovo wifi card, which happens to use the same chipset as the Tenda wifi card.
The driver is here:
https://support.lenovo.com/ca/en/downloads/ds036289
It's a download direct from Lenovo, so should be safe. Whilst the webpage states that the driver is for Windows 7, other users have reported it works fine for Windows 10 as well.
