Hi all,
I'm in need of replacing my current gaming chair and was wondering if any of you guys can recommend me an office or gaming chair for home usage, preferbly below £300?
Thanks.
One of the reasons is to keep your upgrade path for new gpu open in 3 to 4 years time. By the time you need to upgrade to a newer GPU in the future it will likely require more power from PSU.
I personally use Steeleseries RIVAL 600 mouse £65 at Amazon and Steeleseries STRATUS DUO controller £65 Steeleseries UK.
I can vouch for @Gavras Razer products. They do amazing mouse and other peripherals. I also have a razer black mamba mouse, it's really good and sturdy, probably marginally...
I settled with Asus crosshair hero motherboard. Overkill yes, but then I did kill 2 motherboards in the past, burnt to a crisp. so I prefer to go OTT on this one.
The PC caame in nicely boxed up and really neatly put together. I gave my pc 2 hours to acclimate with de humidifier next to it. After taking my time with cable mangement, I finally get the pc switched on. Now for the fun part in getting all drivers, apps and stuff ready for the new rig.
My new pc arrived today. Now in the middle of checking drivers and installing apps.

I did get a template email on request stating 5900x and 6800xt were in short supply and may not be able to deliver before xmas last Friday, but then my pc went into build on Sunday.
The gpu situation is a tricky one. The bright side is that there is less demand for 6900xt(still in stock) then...
Yes I changed it to 6900xt to help get my pc in build sooner, not my first choice due to the big price jump, but if it ends up being merc 319 6900xt, then it lessens the blow a little as it is technically a bit more expensive then reference card on retail. I should find out tomorrow when I...
True, DPD app on standby tomorrow. It still makes my blood boil to this day with the mistreatment of 680x build the other month that had the cpu aio yanked off the top compartment.
Sorry I can't find it either. I'm taking a wild guess that it could be a few percent faster. I thinks it's pretty cool that PCS got hold of 6900xt partner card before the techtubers. Assuming it's merc 319 6900xt.
If it gets the green light by this afternoon
Thanks. Even if it arrives after xmas it's fine. I rather they take as long as they need and pass testing(which I know they will) with flying colours then to arrive early with potential setbacks.
