So, I've been looking at the AIB boards all day for AMD, not really sure which to go for.. Is there any concensus on preffered manufacturer for AMD with you guys? or you just go by specs or looks? I'm very tempted by the PowerColor (although the spelling of colour is annoying me..!) Hellhound...

Sorry if this has been asked before, I couldn't find infomation anywhere. What brand is the 24GB AMD RADEON™ RX 7900 XTX cards? I know of Nvida you can choose between 3rd party and reference cards, don't see the options for AMD though.

There is also a newer "F" version of that panel out that loses the Nvidia module in favour of AMD FreeSync Premium Pro - it also drops down to 165Hz refresh, but it is also cheaper so has that going for it! Also, this may sound strange, but users can also upgrade the firmware on this monitor...

Or some nice pictures of it running would be nice! 😇

I get the odd frame drop now and then on it, but if you tweak your settings it's very playable. I don't have the best PC but still run it locked to 60 fps, only high/ultra. Only thing I really played around with was changing the scaling from quality to balanced/performance, seemed to help a lot...

Everyone here is just a volunteer trying to help others spec up PCS builds so they get the most of out their budgets. The best thing you can do is to give the information being asked, as it's being asked for a reason. Also, keep in mind, you are asking for monitor options which isn't even part...

I'm confused, are you asking if it's better to buy the laptop or PC? Is the PC now out the window because of budget, or are you still looking to buy that?
