    Thank you, but it wasn't me. A very huge thank for the PC Specialists. I am in contact with them, and they kept watching the forum and the attached pictures. They were asking me to try the bios "ACHI" settings before i would send back the PC. So thank u all! :) That was an amazing cooperation. :)

    Update: Optane memory removed Bios setting in ACHI The result is good.. :D the "D" appeared again with every data on.. device manager - disc drivers - with hidden items

    So, after your message i was diving in the motherboard booklet a bit.. Firs, here is the answer for your question: And, for the optane memory, i fond the folowing. Optane actual place on motherboard. Info in the booklet for the BIOS Settings. Should i change the PORT 9 to RST Controlled?

    The Windows can't cause such an issue? I mean, without optane, the optane device is still in the list, just hidden. So , i think, if it would be only disconnected anyhow, then it should be only hidden in the list .. However, if the windows causing it somehow, it can clear the connection too...

    Probably yes. I had to make a try because i am living in Ireland. As i know they have an office only in the UK. I can send it back, but that should be the last case, i think that's the most risky.

    INTEL MEMPEK1W016GA changed. Without optane it is gray in the device manager. (Hidden items shown) This is the device manager with hidden - hidden items

    New SATA wire, different SATA ports were tried. Didn't work. The Device manager with shown hidden items was the following with optane: without optane: The PC is without opotane at the moment. The Disc manager shows the following. I still can't see the HDD. :(

    The build wasn't change since bought. It was moved only once weeks ago, and only a few meters on foot. :) i don't think it would damaged because of that. When the PC is turned on, it has a the spinning sound, i can feel it when i touch it too. Acting as normal. I thought the windows did...
