Oh, how bizarre. Ye so I either have to press the power button on then off then on again for the screen to work or power button on then the reset button. No biggie but still a little weird.

I have tried many methods to resolve similar issue but like you said, it’s not enough for me to send the monitor back. By the way, have you turned HDR on on your display settings on windows desktop? That sorted the brightness issues out for me without having to change any settings on the monitor.
