Could it be the 360 Controller causing crashes? I just unplugged it and went on Teamspeak. So far No crashes. Cant be certain yet... but so far its all good. But idk how i can use the controler if it crashes whenever im on TS.

Yep confirmed. It seems like the USB xbox 360 reciever bugs out my computer / usb ports. No idea how to fix it though. But Since i unpluged it, it hasnt crashed since then, but if i plug it back in and restart the computer....it starts again.

So it's not the PC it's the Xbox??

Have you tried plugging the Xbox into different USB ports?

Have you tried plugging the Xbox into a different PC to see what happens?

Try unplugging all other USB devices and then plug in the Xbox. Does it still fail?

Have you tried a different USB cable?

Have you tried plugging in the Xbox with it switched off? What happens if you then switch the Xbox on?

If you use a USB hub then remove it and test with devices only plugged directly in to the PC.

Look on the bright side though, your Xbox didn't cost 3000 Euros....

Aprently yes, The Xbox 360 Wireless Reciever was causing the crashes. Even if i plug in different USB ports. Ive unpluged it for almost 2 days and since ive had no USB crashes but mouse disconnecting / reconnecting. Also Mouse total freeze where i have to unplug and plug it back in to get it to work again. Since then ive found a old driver for my 360 reciever wich fixed the crashes it was accuring. Just the mouse issue now to fix. But PCS gave me permission to give a full priority service with a quick international collection & return so they could look into it. Should i accept that? But i dont have the box, Nor the money to send it back to them, not even a transport to get to my post office, its a 2mile hike Going to be difficult to carry a 40kg computer 2miles there with a large box and everything.

I appreciate your financial and other problems but the mouse freeze you're now talking about suggests that all is still not well. I would send it back for PCS to look at.

Are you sure about the 40kg?!

They offered and i explained to them that i have no ride and its a 2-3mile hike, 3.2 km walk so i believe 2.1mil? Also told them about the mouse freezes. But USB arent crashing since i unplugged my 360 reciever, they told me i need to contact Razer because thats their issue not pcs. I believe replied with how could i sent it back if i get any protective foam etc send to my house so i could put PC in, they havent replied yet. A friend of mine (Uber_nerd) on Twitch told me to switch my USB mouse to the blue USB on the bank and not use the 3.0/3.1 USB connection wich seems to work fine now. The front panel USB ports that PCS told me to unhook is still unplugged. was planing to try those tomorow. See if the front really works and it was just my 360 reciever causing issues in front panel aswell. They have the replacements for my front panel and had to send it back they said because you need to know what your doing they said

I understand your problems with having to travel to send the PC back, but to be honest that's not really anything to do with PCS. It's also not really PCS's problem that you threw the original protective foam and box away.

That's good news on the mouse, so it looks like everything on your PC is working ok now (except the front panel USB ports)?

I would try reconnecting the front panel USB ports. I'm assuming you know how to do that since I believe you disconnected them under PCS's instructions? If it is your Xbox that's the issue then the PC should be fine with the front USB ports reconnected.

Try running the PC normally for a week, but without the Xbox connected, to be certain that it's working ok. After a week connect the Xbox and see what happens. If you get issues then that would confirm that your PCS PC is actually fine and it's the Xbox that's the problem.

Correct, Everything is working so far. Front Panel USB ports are broken. Since i plugged in just now and connected a USB stick and whole USB ports crashed the computer. So since its my 'problem' that i dont have the foam/box to put pc in ill ask them to send the front panel thing and ill just go to a computer store and pay the guy to install it for me i guess.

That might invalidate the rest of your warranty. You would need to ask PCS's permission to take it to a third party.

They havent replied to me yet. just waiting on their email, I really like the guy from PSc very helpful though. Hes name is Rhys. He even told me what i need to get to keep the GTX cool, Even provided me with a link (https://www.scan.co.uk/products/evg...ooler-all-in-one-120mm-rad-for-reference-107)

That would fit my graphics card. Because i easily reach 85-90c when gaming

I've got one and it's amazing, card never goes above 60 c even at full throttle. That's on a 1080 fe

I hope i got enough space for it though since the hard drive bay uses 5 hard disk atm. And idk where i can plug it in since the top radiator is already used by a h100v2

I would strongly suggest that you ensure that your PC is 100% working properly before you think about any upgrades. :)
