Ive bought the Windows 10 pro key from online, put it on their computer but it didnt work because the key only works for windows 10 pro and their windows 10 refused to accept because its wrong windows 10 version, so i had to find a temporary key for windows 10, chuck it in it accepted, it gave me uption to upgrade to windows 10 pro, i hit accept once thats done i've placed my windows 10 pro key and it accepted aswell.

Yes the pre build computer had windows 10 test fase and to activate i had to put a windows 10 key, but the windows 10 pro key i had dint work since it was the wrong windows key. Only worked once ive upgraded to windows 10. Still waiting on a call. its 9 PM in UK time atm im guessing they will call around 1 or 2 in afternoon like last time. Wich i dont understand is it was fixed for a week or 2.... They told me to uninstall all USB drives, audio drives and reinstall them using the link they provided, after i done that i had no more freezes but 1 or 2 mouse crashes. Since i started playing Watch dogs 2, Using OBS about a week ago it started again all the USB crashes. Everytime i try to uninstall USB drives wich has like 20ish or so...after i un install 1 of them mouse/keyboard is shut off so i cant delete the rest.

Ok, so you have a valid Windows 10 pro key and license, that good. :)

The way you 'upgraded' to Windows 10 Pro isn't so good though. To go from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro you really should have done a completely clean install. I realise that Windows allows you to upgrade in place but it's well known that this often causes all sorts of problems, not unlike the ones you're having.

I'm sorry to keep beating this drum, but your only reliable way forward now is to get a good copy of the Windows 10 Pro install media on a bootable USB stick or DVD drive and clean install that. If you can't download that then ask a friend to do it for you.

Once you have that media in your hand come back on here and I (or others) will give you step by step instructions on how to clean install Windows 10 pro from that media.

I know you have convinced yourself that you have a hardware issue, and that's not impossible of course, but until you have a good clean copy of Windows installed you cannot be certain.

Im waiting on the call from them. Their gonna do it for me so if it stills happening it wont be my fault. Im pretty handy in tech but all those issues... its a first for me. For example Whenever i open teamspeak now it crashes my USB. But yes ill wait for them to call me and they can do all that **** for me. I already transfered star citizen on one of my 5 harddrives. And yes i got a legit licence pro 10 key. just had to use a invalid windows 10 key to get it to upgrade because i couldnt figure out how to install windows 10 pro using the usb stick because everytime i tried it went back to the windows 10 test version of PCS. Idk how they can reset my computer tho since if i put a usb stick in.... my pc crashes.

So you already have a USB stick with Windows 10 Pro on it?

In that case plug the stick in and boot it. You might have to change the boot order in your BIOS to get the USB stick to boot. If you can boot that USB stick and get to the initial Windows install screen then reboot Windows and come back on here, I'll explain how to clean install Windows....

No clue what a RMAd is. Still waiting on their call.
If its a broken hardware. why give it to a costumer?

RMA means 'Return Merchandise Authorisation' or as its otherwise known it means sending it back it to be fixed.
They wouldn't have sent it to you if they'd known it wasn't working, cos its a lot more effort for them if they do, possibly it was something their tests wouldn't pick up, possibly something got knocked/damaged in transit.

Dependent on which warranty you got and how long you've had the machine the courier charges may be covered anyway (Standard warranty cover courier charges for the first month, Silver covers it for the first year, Gold for the first two years and Platinum its for 3 years)
Though if it is a hardware problem and its the motherboard (which I'd have thought it would be but I might be wrong) then I don't know how they could help if you don't send it back

I have no money to send it back. Since ive spend every penny on this computer. I only have 50 euros left on my bank it took me years to save up for the computer. I emailed them saying when their calling me because im still waiting, aprently there was no shedule on calling me today. they requested evidence from past emails that they did say they would call me. since then no replies.

I wouldn't wait for PCS to contact you, I would call them. Do that first thing on Monday (but remember that Monday is always a busy day for any company). You need to explain that you've tried to do a clean install of Windows from a USB stick but you can't because the USB ports freeze.

How long have you had the PC? Presumably you've not had it long if you're getting this USB freeze all the time? AFAIK all PCS PCs are covered by a free one month collect and return service so if you've had it for less than a month it shouldn't cost you anything to send it back.

It was perhaps a tad unwise to dump the packaging before you knew that the PC was working ok, and from what you're saying I think you had the USB freeze issues pretty early on? If you ask nicely however you might find that PCS will supply a suitable box for you, otherwise you'll have to ensure that it's packaged properly to go back.

As Rakk has said, there is no way that the PC would have left PCS in this condition, but stuff does break. It might be a problem that happened in transit but it could equally well be a component that has failed early. That shouldn't happen but it does unfortunately, you can be certain that PCS would not knowingly install components that were about to fail.

I don't think you can sit back and wait for PCS to do something here, you need to take control and get this fixed yourself. Do please phone them on Monday.

We've been on the phone call for almost 4 to 5 hours straight, We found out the issue. Wasnt Windows 10, wasnt any programs or obs. It was the front Panel USB ports that were broken so everytime i pluged it in, it would reconize / work but then it would short cut all my usb ports. Once we unplugged the front panel USB ports. The issue was gone.

We tried LCD screen, different keyboards, mouse etc. reinstalled windows 10, removed their windows 10 test face and their files so its republic of gamers logo etc now and it kept happening. so he said 'I got a funny feeling that it might be ur LCD screen' still hapening so he said ... 'Unplug your front panel USB ports' Boom fixed. In my head im like... Nooooo..... all programs ive had is gone from my main SSD disk XD but hey its fixed now. They gonna ship me a new front panel usb ports and help me through install.

So it's not the front panel ports then?

TBH I think this PC needs to go back, so IMO you should logon to your account on the main PCS website and RMA it.

Tbh i think its the power supply, is that a possibility? Because its making super loud static noises whenever i start the computer and it stays there

I don't know but that doesn't sound good. A faulty PSU is certainly a possibility.

I really do think now that your PC needs to go back to PCS, using the RMA process. This can be done by logging on to your account on the main PCS website where you will be issued with an RMA number. You'll need to include this number with the PC when it goes back. PCS require an RMA number so don't send it back without having got one.

As far as packaging goes I know that PCS will sell you suitable packaging but if your PC is less than a month old and qualifies for a free return to base then they might possibly take pity on you and provide suitable packaging for free. It's worth asking anyway.

Idk. ill have to ask them. It is really a shame that a 3000 euro computer of my dreams has so many issues. Everytime i open Teamspeak it crashes all USB connections, front USB is disconnected, Fresh windows installation, still has no programs on it but teamspeak, obs they installed it for me and still having those issues. Even the guy from tech said its the first time he had this issue.

It must be terribly frustrating and I'm sure we all sympathise. The world isn't out to get you though, you've just been incredibly unlucky. It will get sorted I'm sure. :)

I hope they gonna let me send it back without paying, since i only have like 50 euros on my bank and get a inconvenience reward for all this trouble from them. Its really weird that if i go on teamspeak All USB doesnt work anymore, If i go on Watch dogs 2, invite a friend to co-op, all usb crashes too but runs fine if i play by myself.

I had this idea while i was sleeping that maybe 1 power socket from the wall is to much to handle for 2 computers, screens etc... so ive put my main '3000 euro computer' to 1 power socket and old PC to another one but dint work either.
