I think it's about time I cut in and told you all of the real problem that is the worst thing about all the snow. It is not infact that you have to drive slower, feel unbearably cold (this is almost as bad as my 'real problem'), or even the slippy surfaces, it is actually the devastating impact it has on ordering online and delays in deliveries due to this infernal weather (ironic word to choose, I know!), so you can all stop where you are, with your small time complaints that have no real impact on anything!
I'm just kidding really, except for the part about delivery delays, they be the bane of ones life.

The rig in your spec would be a good choice, but get a ASUS DX, (pci-e) only about 50 and it will give you Dolby Digital 5.1 which is awesome, (if you have a good enough headset/sound system.
oh and i hope it has lights in it....
