Have you changed your specs then?Hey there , a quick question I have , will a Ryzen 3600 and rtx 2060 in the NZXT 510 case cause significant overheating. Looking to buy a custom build when available but I know the case doesn’t have the best airflow. Should I include more fans or switch out the cpu cooler before buying? I’m also not opposed to undervolting if need be. Appreciated
Ah perfect, yeah, while the NZXT isn't INCREDIBLE, it's certainly very capable at the budget, it would be fine for your build.Didn’t realise you would comment on another of my posts , the specs are the same just a different case
Appreciated , would you recommend that I add another fan in just for slightly cooler temps or should it be fine?Ah perfect, yeah, while the NZXT isn't INCREDIBLE, it's certainly very capable at the budget, it would be fine for your build.
I would leave it as it is for now, then if you face any issues (which is very unlikely) it's really easy to add another yourself.Appreciated , would you recommend that I add another fan in just for slightly cooler temps or should it be fine?
Give it a try! Spec a pc build to what you think would be nice and we will help nudge you in the right direction to optimise your monitor with the build!Appreciate it but I’ve mentioned that I couldn’t post specs or monitor as I’d like suggestions for them
You can get 240hz monitos a lot cheaper then that. AOC do a few 1080 240hz monitors for around 300 then a 1440 240hz for £540. And as OP mentioned competitive gaming I think a 1080 or 1440 will be fine as they normally play on low settings for Max FPS?. I can't imagine trying to play CSGO on a G9A build is based around a monitor, you mention 240MHz, the monitor that springs to mind for that refresh rate is the G9 and that comes in at about £1100..............
With a 2060, this build comes to 1,072.As I mentioned in my last few posts , this rig is mainly for gaming and work for spring £1000. I want to try run. 240fps on optimised game settings if possible (I had to put in the 3060 as a placeholder but originally I intend to go for the 2060) if anyone could do any better please all suggestions would be appreciated

If you can, wait. I'm (being impatient and fighting with myself) still waiting from November with my already 10 years old laptop. It sometimes fails to load, sometimes crashes, constantly overheats and sometimes turns off itself but I'll squeeze absolutely the last juice of it. I'm backing up my files in two different storages (cloud hourly + external drive once a month). If you don't need it for work and can wait, hold on for until June/July or September, worst case until the end of the year - prices should stabilise. Maybe we'll see a new 5600 CPU and 3050Ti or some AMD equivalents for 1080p... It should be better. But before it gets better it should get worse, and I think we're reaching this tip now. We can judge better by looking how prices will creep within the next 2-3 months, especially between April and July.Quick question , apparently the 2060 is no longer in production as the 3060 superseded it. It’s a shame as I was about to order my build just as they ran out of stock and now I don’t know what to do. If what was said about the 3060 taking over I don’t really mind as the msrp was meant to be the same if not cheaper than the 2060 however the 3060 right now is about £50-£100 more. Should I wait?
