Hi!

I hope somebody can help me out. Tried turning the computer on using by gigabyte 32 inch screen. But none of the display ports seem to function. Tried HDMi integrated, graphics, and DP port. None function.

Any tips..

Just got my computer:

You are trying the HDMI or DP ports on the graphics card right, rather than the motherboard ones? The motherboard ones wont do anything.
I think there should be instructions in the welcome pack over which ones to use.

And I presume you can hear all the fans spinning up when you turn it on?

The computer is really silent to be honest. But all lights are on, including the graphic card ones.
I have connected into the graphic card ports - tried DP and HDMI.

Attached monitor using the HDMI cable to laptop. Monitor seems to be functioning.

Ram Sticks are in - all cables appear to be in place. Through a lot of the cable sort of runs at the back of the chassi. Novice in computer building. The fans and lights are on for the GPU.

The lights to the right of ramstick on boot go from orange, red and stop on WHITE.

Honestly - looking into the chassi I can't see any loose flailing parts - the Wiring seems really good.
so sad :( thanks for the help though! I'm on the line for tech support at the moment for over an hour. a bit of a Wait

Great... 2 hours on line - only to be hung up on after reaching nr 1. Call back and I'am back at nr 17 in line.

I had same issue 2 days ago. spoke with PCS tech on the phone he suggested to return GPU back to PCS for replacement.
I tried to swap PCIe slots but no difference. My old GPU work fine in my new setup but 6800xt shows VGA light and BOOT light on the MOBO.

New PC, no signal on monitor

Dear all, I received this PC yesterday, everything looks ok, but no signal on monitor. First it beeps once and sometimes 3 short beeps. VGA light is lit on the motherboard and shortly after boot light is on as well. I changed PCIe slot, again nothing. I plugged in my GPU (Nvidia) and PC works...

Great - my original packing was wrecked on arrival. Trying to call them back now again.
How do you go by returning it?

Thanks for the reply buddy - so stressed. It's 2400 pound computer. I think you are in a similar situation.
Not a small amount of money.

I'm from Ireland and return is little bit different. I had to organize delivery via UPS. but tech on the phone said for UK they can organize delivery and collection, what means- they will send new one, all you need I pack the old one and give it to driver.

btw I was waiting 3 hrs on the phone.

If it needs returning PCS will organise it, if they just want the graphics card back (ie if you're happy to fit a new one yourself) then they would send outa new one and you'd have to hand over the current one you have to the courier. If you didn't feel confident in fitting it yourself the whole machine would have to be returned but if that is the case let them know the packaging was destroyed and they would send replacement packaging.

They will wont to go through some troubleshooting with you first though, see if its fixable with out any replacements being needed (something may just need reseating), also find out what the exact issue is

Okay, I am calling them again. Hopefully it won't hang up again when I get first (13 at the moment). I hope its a simple fix. But Papasmoke seems to almost have an identical problem to mine.

Appreciate all your responses!
