Armin Van Buuren - Feel Again

His new album, I'm not that into his modern stuff, but there's one track on here that's an absolute belter

Quite a cool one, after making music for 10 years and opening his own Ophelia label in 2018, Seven Lions has just released his first album, Beyond The Veil

It's the usual Ophelia style of box set, and unusual colour variation and a big booklet full of artwork

3 great ones today

The recent Fleetwood Mac - Rumours on 2 x 45rpm mastered and cut by Kevin Gray, this is supposed to be the ultimate version of this

The new Atlantic 75th Rocktober press of Portugal. The Man - Woodstock, just for Feel It Still which is just such a monster tune. All versions of this to date have been offensively bad, I have an early copy and we think they just sourced it from MP3, sounds that bad, hoping they've done something half decent with this version!

The lastly, but not least, Trance Wax's new album Open Up The Night. This guy came from nowhere with his first album a couple of years ago on Anjunabeats, he's got quite a classic sound to him, trancey but with lots of acid undertones, he's great, really looking forward to this

So, guilty pleasure, but I really like early Tiesto before he sold out to Eurotrash, for me, this was the album that sent him into the stratosphere with Adagio For Strings, it was after this album in 2004 that he started to sell out.

This album has always been quite special for me, I discovered it around 2008, this was when he was heavily influenced by classical sounds, it's rather intelligent dance music with real soul. We all know Adagio For Strings, but here's another example of quite a profound track "Forever Today", this is the album opener, how intelligent and beautiful is this!

They did do a boxset of all 4 records, the whole album in one set, but it's really hard to find in good condition, and costs a fortune.

They also did this version which was split into parts 1 and 2 on 4 disks. Again, these aren't cheap especially if trying to find a NM copy.

Then I came across these, a renowned UK record store from up north that I've bought from a few times, these were found in a warehouse, unplayed, stone cold MINT (which you can tell as the label is still part covering the spindle holes). Not only that, they were selling them each about half the cost of what others were selling at NM!

Absolute winner!

Joe Hisaishi - A Symphonic Celebration

This is the conductor who arranged all the Studio Ghibli music, a roundup of his most famous songs.

Big shout out to @Tron1982 for highlighting this months and months ago.

A load turned up all at once!

Green Day - Dookie 30th Anniversary

Jamie Jones - My Paradise EP, one of the mixes on here is by Vintage Culture who is one of my favorite House DJ's from Brazil

Late Night Alumni - Echos, new album just released

Kx5 - Self Titled, this is a collaboration team of Deadmau5 and Kaskade, have high expectations, I love the Deadmau5 sound, it's always a little leftfield of the norm. Not familiar with Kaskade but he's crazy popular.

M83 - Digital Shades Vol II, haven't heard volume 1, need to find that, but this is their return after quite a long hiatus after an album I wasn't that fond of, this is supposed to be far more reminiscent of their early work which I'm really looking forward to.
