Don't remember how to make them bigger, this is from the depths of steams screenshot folders.

Fraps BMP isn't as good is it?

Basically don't attach them when you open the dialogue box (you'll need to host them elsewhere), and then add the image via URL and make sure the checkbox "Retrieve Remove File and Reference Locally" is unchecked :)
