Replacement Battery

All I want to know is where I can get a replacement Battery and hoped that someone had a similar issue, and knew somewhere that stocked them, as PCS dont.

Not sure why you keep repeating about my account, it is not a warranty issue, I just want to find and buy a replacement battery.

I am unable to access the original e mail address used to register the account when I made the purchase.

You have already said in an e mail that you dont stock the relevant battery anymore.

None of us work for PCS, we haven't done anything. This is a community forum.

As previously mentioned, if you can't access your account, you'll need to contact PCS to get access to it. Until then, we can't help you.

I haven’t said anything, we don’t work for PCS, but this forum is only for active PCS customers with an account. until you recover your account, we can’t offer any help
