whats the chassis model number? It’s in a label on the underside of the laptop.

Your request interested me so I tried to look on line for a battery but I guess you’ve already tried that. Anyway I found this site which maybe of use: https://laptopbattery.co.uk/help-finding-the-right-product/

We no longer have replacement batteries for your laptop in stock. You'll have to look elsewhere for a replacement, you can look up the model number of your laptop or search for the part number of your existing battery.
The model number of your laptop is Emdoor M14I7M and the part number for the battery in our system is BAT-11440-0000. (I couldn't find a replacement battery online either.)

All I want to know is where I can get a replacement Battery and hoped that someone had a similar issue, and knew somewhere that stocked them, as PCS dont.
Not sure why you keep repeating about my account, it is not a warranty issue, I just want to find and buy a replacement battery.
