hardly "inexplicable move" just a fairly standard removal of pointless tags. I made not other alterations to your post. If everyone starts posing bold, underline red or all caps the place will just look a mess and be pretty hard for others to read. However I suspect that didn't really figure in your thoughts before you started accusing me of being on drugs.

Sorry for the delay, I have been in and out of the office a lot so I have not seen this thread.

I would like to apologise to anyone who has had a lengthy delay in your orders being processed. I would like to answer some statements or questions raised in this thread.

Sadly with the Skylake launch we have encountered an issue with the new DDR4 ram and the Asus motherboards we have been selling. We have liaised with ASUS to get this issue resolved as this has affected a large amount of our orders. We believe the issue has now been resolved with a BIOS update but we are treating each order on a case by case basis.

Our lead times are automated estimates based on the last two months of dispatches and our real delivery timescales can fluctuate depending on stock, amount of orders and the time of the year. (Sadly the skylake issue has hit our lead times quite a bit). Under the terms and conditions we can take up to 30 days on making an order but we normally hit our lead times, where possible. Our builders/Testers are working overtime to bring the lead times back down.

Our Call Centre have been very busy since the bank holiday as this has pushed us back slightly.

Finally I joined the PC Specialist as we strive to provide customer with the best customer support possible pre and post sales. If we have not met this on anyone's order then I can again only apologise and I would be more than willing to take your order numbers in a PM so I can look into resolving this internally. I am afraid however I am still out of the office so I am unable to look at any of the cases brought up in the thread, over the last 10 pages.

As this thread has spiraled a bit from the original purpose, I will lock the thread. Feel free to open a new thread if you feel any issues are still outstanding.
