PC Build - Build time line expectations based on this spec?

Hey all - cases....

Currently have the NZHT H511 case on my order, but would you recommend the CM H500 over it? It's not much more in price, but does appear larger so potential to support upgrades better in the future.

But would it be any better at distributing the air flow when compared to the H511?

Oh jeez, a shell suit user?

Can anyone go over Nursemorph's previous recommendations and please check that he know what he is on about? ;)

I did ask before regards the NZXT, but presuming I can turn off the spinning multi coloured lights on the H500M?

Well I'll have a play with the options... Care Bear colours just aren't for me.

A subtle blue does sound nice and possibly calming. Food for thought.

A few years ago I found a box of old family photos and went through it systematically destroying any I found of little pre-teen early 90’s me wearing a shell suit. And posting to social media all the ones I found of my older sister wearing hers 😜

Need to be careful as PCS stock the H500 and H500M and you've linked to the H500M there. Bit of a moot point as both of which are great when it comes to airflow, but yeah, little distinction there.

Tech Spin Review - H500 Yeah I noticed the link was for the H500M, though I did a little looking at the link to the left made it sound very promising.

From my perspective this sounds a really good case and certainly bettee than the alternative one I was checking out - and all for about £14 more.

More important was the H500 is a better case than the previous one I'd selected, so it is a wise more for £14 extra!

Noticing a few comments about too many fans on builds in this corner of the forum... should i get rid of the additional fan at bottom of my spec? Always thought this would assist further with the air flow, but perhaps not now.

Storage isn't important to me... games I do play, but only a handful at most.... and I don't store videos or the like on my machine either.

That said, you are right, I thought I'd selected 2 x M.2 SSD, so have changed it. Have upgraded the 2nd M.2 to a 1TB.

And where do I select which drive Windows needs to be put onto?

"If you are ordering an operating system from us, this will be installed on to the 1st partition you specify for your first hard drive/SSD."

Presume this means they will put Windows onto the 1st drive, the 512gm M.2?

There should be a part of the order process where they allow you to choose where the OS goes but by default will be the main m2 drive.
