Are you'd definitely plugging into the graphics card (assuming there is one) rather than the motherboard?Hi, sorry if I won't word this correctly,
I have just given a custom pc to my son i bought from here, we have turned it on and not getting a picture on the screen, I have tried 2 different screens and 2 different hdmi cables, is there anything obvious I'm missing?
If you can copy and paste the full specs from the order page we can see what we’re working with?It beeped multiple times on first switch on but nothing since the fans and lights are working
I can't see any loose connections, I didn't test when it arrived,Can you post your configuration from your order on here please.
Have you opened it to make sure no loose connections?
Did you test it when it arrived?
Can you turn it off and then back on again and listen carefully to the number of beeps etc - as this can be code for the error that is occurring.
Remember to fully seat the power cable as well, as if it’s not fully seated (it should be hard up against the chassis) then you might encounter short circuits,Looks like it was the ram, it's started now, thank you all so much, you're the best
It's in as far as it can go, thanksRemember to fully seat the power cable as well, as if it’s not fully seated (it should be hard up against the chassis) then you might encounter short circuits,
