Oh, my apologies.

It's really weird for PCS to miss something like that, I would have thought that wifi / bluetooth would be enabled by default, so expect it was disabled for some reason during testing and forgotten to be re-enabled.

I've not seen that before.

Unless Asus have somehow released a batch of them where it's disabled out of the factory somehow.
