You're very welcome. Enjoy the PC, I'm sure it'll be fantastic! and don't forget to send us some pics!
I've had an email asking whether I would like to swap my 3060 TI to the 12GB RTX 3060 since they have them in stock. I'm abit stuck on what to do because although I'd like my pc to arrive sooner, I also want the TI 😬😬

Are you sticking with your 1080p monitor? If so, then I'd drop down to the 3060 as the Ti is going to make little difference as you will be monitor limited. If you are planning on getting a 1440p 144Hz monitor, then stick with the Ti. Apologies if you have already discussed this...I only glanced through the previous posts
It will be my next upgrade for sure! Hopefully within a couple of months aswell 🀞

It sounds like you'll likely benefit from having a 60TI in it when it arrives then. As much as the longer wait will suck, it'll be worth it in the long run, especially for your monitor upgrade. And realisitically waiting a month or 2 for a PC you'll have for 5+ years isn't all that much in the grand scheme of things!

To be fair it'll work out perfectly, I should have a new monitor by then! 😁

Sorry guys, yet another question πŸ˜‚.

The case I have ordered, would you say the noise coming from it would be loud?

I have a Blue Yeti and they're a bloody pain for picking up noise!

No worries! Did you get the RGB Spectrum? I have heard previous comments about the louder case fans, although some people say they're perfectly fine so I guess it depends on experience and what you're used to.

If you're looking to change the case a good RGB option that is close in price is the Corsair 220T. @AgentCooper was talking about it in a forum thread earlier and said noise it wasn't an issue for him, it might be worth the upgrade if you're looking for a quiter PC

Brilliant! I appreciate the reply yet again. I did go for the Spectrum but now I'll see if I can amend it! Thanks a bunch

No worries! You'll be able to make ammendments for free if it's in pre-production, if it's in build then it'll charge you amendment fee, which I can't remember how much it is.

All sorted! An extra 14 pound for a quiter PC is bloody great. I was expecting to be an extra 100 πŸ˜‚

Hi Junior, yet again it's me. Would my PC comfortably stream games or would I lag horrendously?

The PC linked on Page 2 of this thread will stream games no problem. I assume you mean frame drops in stead of lag (LAG generally refers to internet connections). Frame drops is hardware and sometimes software, but yeah that PC should handle streaming no prob

No problem mate, Junior specced you out a fairly solid balanced build. There really isn't much to change, I guess if you wanted to you could add more RAM to go to 32GB which would help a bit of streaming

He's been absolutely great. And that's what I was thinking after reading through a couple of other posts while trying to educate myself abit better with PCs

What is the difference between 4x8Gb of Ram and 2x16? Just trying to educate myself hahah

Nothing at all to be honest, but having 2x16 will give you two free slots to to go 64GB of RAM in the future if you really wanted to.

The price difference between 2x16 & 4x8 is so small I would always recommend 2x16 as the better option

Looks like Stevey has beaten me to it! As he's said it will be a solid build for gaming and streaming. You could upgrade to 32GB which will help, although you could also go for 16GB and upgrade to 32GB later down the line if it's something you feel you need. RAM is probably one of the easiest parts to upgrade. If you do go for 32GB, go for 2X16GB because as Stevey has said it'll allow you to upgrade further and there has been reports of issues with 4 sticks of RAM with the new Ryzen CPU's.

I had a look back at the build and the only thing I might recommend changing is the Prime board to the TUF board. The Prime is a more entry level board and the TUF comes with some better parts such as a higher quality audio chipset, faster ethernet support and a 3rd M.2 SSD slot. The price difference is currently Β£18 if buying new but it might vary a bit for you. It's not a compulsory change but one you could do if you'd like to, I also think the TUF board looks a little better, but that's obviously down to personal taste πŸ˜‚

Already done that 😁 I remember you saying. I think perhaps I will see how I get on with the RAM and do what you said upgrade if I need too, thanks again everyone 😁
