We love you Ukraine
Little Mod any of you getting an AMD GPU may be interested in.
This is called Optiscaler, it's a project hosted on Github
It basically enabled FSR4 support for almost any game that supports any version of DLSS, previous FSR version games that haven't yet been updated, and even includes Intel XeSS support

Essentially TLDR how it works, you basically have an input and output.
So you can select whatever the game supports as the input method (DLSS, XeSS etc)
Then you can select the output method as FSR4 and it will then convert that output as FSR4 as far as the GPU sees it.
Of course this is a mod, so there are going to be bugs, but generally it looks extremely promising until AMD roll it into the drivers.
Does beg the question, if some random gamer dev is able to do this so quickly, why on earth are AMD dragging their feet! I'm betting this guy gets offered a job rather soon!
This is the official repo: https://github.com/cdozdil/OptiScaler
It's also hosted on THE place for Mods that I rely on heavily (and trust wholeheartedly), Nexus Mods:

OptiScaler mod adds AMD FSR 4 support to DLSS-supporting games
Unofficially, of course

OptiScaler: Unlock FSR4, XeSS, or framegen in unsupported games - HWCooling.net
OptiScaler provides a universal wrapper for various upscaling (and other) technologiesWith the Radeon RX 9000 series, AMD launched updated gaming upscaling technology. FSR4 uses artificial intelligence for the upscaling step for the first time, which should improve image quality. However...

OptiScaler
OptiScaler is middleware that enables various upscaling technologies in DLSS2-only games. It allows non-Nvidia users to use upscaling by applying DLSS2 inputs to XeSS, FSR2, or FSR3. It also offers ex
