No, it's not the same. Geopolitically it was incorrect. The first sentence made an impression of the change from Ireland side, while the changes and inconveniences is due to the UK.

You get it with DPD who are generally pretty good.

The size and weight of the build. Any water cooled or oversized case will go on a pallet.

It's most likely your phone provider cutting you off. The PCS customer care manager has stated a couple of times on here in the past that PCS staff NEVER cut calls off.

I was talking about FedEx. PCS answered almost immediately both times I phoned

Ah. Apologies in that case. Same answer really though, it's generally the service provider who will cut you off after a time if they detect nothing on the line....
